To really drive change within large organizations, it’s often not enough to hire designers. It’s vital to make design thinking accessible to a larger part of your company.
Spreading design thinking means giving more people the mindset and tools to be customer-centric.
In this hands-on session, seasoned designers from experience agency Idean and IBM will guide and challenge you to set design free within your organization.
Idean has supported, for example, IBM, Cisco, Kesko and Cargotec on their journey of spreading design thinking.
You will get practical guidance on how to:
increase the overall awareness of design thinking within your organization
build the knowledge and application of design thinking
create a common understanding of design principles, tools and practices
structure and build a design thinking education program
create a governance model (rewarding, measuring, organizational design etc.) to scale design thinking
This workshop is recommended for anyone who:
is trying to spread design thinking and doing within large organizations (either in-house or agency)
has already a foundational knowledge of design thinking and methods
